We gather as much of your insurance and medical history information as possible upon registration, so that in emergency situations, your medical provider can give you the care you need with one click of a button.
Why should my hospital partner with QuickER?
QuickER helps you market yourself and manage your reputation online. We can help bring back patients that you lost due to bad experiences waiting in line. We'll bring more patients through your door, get them through faster, and redirect patients with minor injuries to their doctor or Express Care.
What do you do with my sensitive information?
We don't do anything with your information that you don't ask us to! We will never sell your information or allow it to be stolen. We simply store it in case you have an emergency.
What does it cost to partner with QuickER?
Contracts begin monthly and average around $500 each month. This price may vary based on the size of your hospital. Does the price sound too good to be true? No worries- we recognize the risk of partnering with a start-up, which is why we allow you to end your contract at the end of each month. For additional fees, you can sponsor yourself to appear higher in the list of nearby hospitals.
What is the process of using QuickER?
Upon registration, we will gather information about your insurance coverage and medical history. When an emergency occurs, you will browse ER waiting times near you and select which hospital you would like to send your reservation to. They will receive your information from us and be ready for you when you arrive.
As a medical provider, where can I access my patients and their information?
In the navigation menu of our webpage, you can access all patient information through the 'Hospital Portal Log-In.' You can access this dashboard through our website on any device.
