Back in 2009, my wife and I opened up a small and intimate cafe in a lowkey part of town. We wanted to have fun with brunch by experimenting with different flavors and ingredients, while also expanding on our love for nostalgia and retro music and movies. One of our first customers told us about this project called BOSS 2020 to develop the Sinking Spring area by the year 2020. Ten years later, our community has grown to 10,000+ people and we're proud to have been working with BOSS 2020 to help rejuvenate the shops and restaurants along Penn Avenue. We pride ourselves on creating a fun and funky atmosphere centered on music with over-the-top culinary creations.
