    While taking DCOM-131: Usability Design & Testing, I had the opportunity to run a usability test on what was the most recent Snapchat update. Many users were criticizing the update, claiming the app was "unusable" and "not user friendly". During the duration of this course, my group and I created a usability test outline, a final usability test, conducted the usability test using two cameras (one focused on the test phone and the other on the user), and then presented our findings to the class. Our findings are posted below.
