Assignment: Lebanon Valley College Website Usability Study and Testing
Description: Students were to make a usability test plan and script in order to conduct a usability test on the old Lebanon Valley College website interface. These tests were used on subjects who were representative of the target audience. Those tests consisted of many different tasks for the subject to accomplish within a set amount of time. Individuals from a group would have to observe the subject's behavior and performance at completing those tasks and come to a conclusion. The ultimate purpose of this assignment was to find out if the nomenclature used in the old LVC website afforded good predictability and if the interface allowed for fluid and efficient navigation.
