My Design For Good class took on a 4 month long project where we brainstormed, designed, developed and built an immersive experience as a component of the existing project What Heroin Sounds Like. We worked in collaboration with Adam Delmarcelle, a local activist and founder of What Heroin Sounds Like to ensure we represented the people affected, the situation, and everything else surrounding heroin abuse - or better thought of as substance use disorder - and what we, as the community, can do to help prevent further cases and end the stigma of heroin abuse.
