Overview
The Olly is a portable light source that emulates natural light to improve energy during the day
and sleep at night. This Kickstarter caught my eye, and I decided to write some copy for the product.

I did research on their campaign, including inspecting their current marketing campaign on Twitter. I
created a survey that tried to gauge what people cared about more. One of the specific things I asked was whether people
wanted a replacement for coffee, or something that they could use in addition to coffee to activate their brain more quickly.
It was somewhat difficult to develop a brand for Olly because the two products are essentially opposites of each other.
To include both products in the slogan, I made the slogan "Boost Your Brain!"
I settled on a professional but not elitest brand image. The image should be somewhat casuall too so people do not think they
must devote extra time incorporating the Olly into their daily routine. The products should be able to appeal to middle-class
people everywhere.
