Tatsumi Kimishima Speaks on VR

Kimishima said that Nintendo will look at VR for the Switch once they figure out how users can play for hours without problems. This seems counter-intuitive to me: I do not know of many people who own current VR devices who struggle to play it for hours without problems. It sounds more like PR talk to me to dodge the concept of VR. The Switch does not need VR - I don’t see how it would even fit in with the direction they’re going for. As a consumer, I would not have been affected at all if he had just said that they are not looking into VR right now.
